I'm not using wireless, but I do get disconnected once in awhile after the recent patch with the upcoming new dashboard.

I've lost like 200 kills on gears because of the disconnects :(

You should configure your setup so that everything does not have to pass through the voip router. Make the voip router a client of your main router. I'll try to illustrate.

This is probably your current config:

Internet modem(adsl/cable)
|
|
VOIP box
|
|
router
| | | |
xbox cpu1 cpu2 etc

You should make it like this:

Internet modem(adsl/cable)
|
|
router
| | | |
xbox cpu1 cpu2 VOIP box

I did this with my d-link VOIP box from primus, it worked fine. The voip box doesn't pass through certain ports properly.

Have you noticed any drop in voice quality since? I was considering doing that but wasn't sure if it would impact call quality...

I have DD-WRT firmware on my router, and it allows me to give priority to the port with the VOIP box on it, so this is what I did. You should have decent performance by doing this.
