Wild Wings at Winston Churchill AMC 24 is good, they don't have a wing night, but they have 101 sauces to try from. I go quite often.

IMO not much can top their Suicide(not really that hot) Grilled wings. Just make sure you asked for them grilled.

tried it monday night...wings were pretty good.
sucks that the hottest wing they have there isn't that spicy =[

Ya, the hottest I believe was Ring of Fire and it was nothing.

Other sauces like Gar Par are excellent, very filling and rich tho.
