bloch on my top DS screen

I got a bloch on my top DS screen even when the DS is off.. I called nintendo and they said they can fix it for like $75 but I'm being cheap... does anyone know where I can go in the GTA to a random store that can fix it for me cheaper?

Order a replacement screen off DealExtreme and replace it yourself. If not, there's always P-Mall.
