I'm going to need a pretty big picture frame, and its probably going to have to be customized (size-wise) Just wondering if there are any places that are cheaper than others, and what should I especially look for in a frame.
I will be framing a set of 102 pokemon cards.

In my experience, nothing "custom" is cheap.
"Pretty big" is relative. I have no idea how big a pokeyman card is let alone 102 of them. Perhaps you can go to Walmart or Zellers or someplace like that and look for a picture they sell and buy it for the frame alone, toss the picture and insert your pokeyguys.

For about the same price you can get a custom place to do it. I don't live in your area so I can't recommend a specific place. However, it's well worth it going to a custom store as they are very creative and will come up with frame ideas that big box stores just wouldn't offer, usually involving depth.
One cool idea would be floating the cards.
I've got a couple of framed prints, paintings and artwork around the house and I get more compliments about the custom framed stuff than the non custom framed. And they were about the same price for similar sized pieces.
