Can someone recommend me someone to build a gate on the side of the house. Next way people cant walk through my house from the side. I'm located in east york and need it done before december.

Does anyone know the price to do something like this?

Good luck. An exterior door is going to require a permit, not to mention structural work, brick work, a lintel...I doubt you'll find a contractor who'll have it finished in two weeks.

are you talking about garden/fence gate? If so....you can buy the kit at HD/Rona and DIY...cheap and easy...

I built my own gate over the summer. The contractor who put up the fence in my neighborhood was going to charge me $200 to do it but I did it myself for around $75 worth of pressure treated wood and hinges from Home Depot. The gate is 6' high and about 4.5 feet in width.
