Hey, I have a house that I am interested buyig in however I noticed on the side bottom wall where the concrete meets with brick line, the brick seems to be bulged out and is not aligned with the concrete cement foundation. Is that normal? any structural Engineers here? Thanks for the help in advance.

probably just shody construction when the house was built, maybe the concrete foundation is bowing in or was poured that way

It could be an old stable problem, or it could be an active crack that is going to cost big $$ to fix. Unless you love the house, move on to something else. If you do, invest in a good inspection.
