Okay, upon further research it turns out this UFO story is FAKE. The video footage is when that crazy French guy dressed as Spiderman climbed the Shanghai tower and was booted out of China, and the audio comes from "Coast To Coast", a syndicated tabloid radio program from Kansas which speaks of ghosts, UFO's and sea monsters, I think it gets broadcasted on Toronto's 640 AM at 10:00pm on weekends.
