Comes with carrying pouch, extra battery, and remote control. Will throw in 2 DVD-RW's as well. Excellant video camera with tons of features including Dolby Surround Sound, ability to work in extreme temperatures, night vision, etc. You can check this site out for a review and details of the features.

Unfortunately I can't find the charger but they can be found online and in store for cheap. I don't use it anymore and really just need the money right now so I'm looking to let it go for a good price. $250 or b/o, trades welcome.
