Funny, they asked for my email or my postal code to send me the 10% coupon. I said, "How are you going to send the coupon with just a postal code?" The clerk was clueless, "I guess we need your address as well." "And the reason you didn't just ask for that...?" That was met with a blank stare.

I swear the clerk had no pulse.

Normally, I'd provide a throwaway email address and be done with it, but having done a shop there, I figured the coupon would expire before I had a chance to use it. What they count on, I suppose.

If you shop there a lot, say spend $200 each time, it's worth obtaining the coupon.

You'll have to split your purchase into 2 transactions as I believe you can only use one coupon at a time. The cashier will take your coupon once you redeem it so print more than 1 coupon if you plan to buy lots at Old Navy.

they can only honour 1 coupon per transaction; as OP indicated; you need to do a return and repurchase otherwise only 1 coupon will go through...

I think its funny how they keep extending the coupons. I remember I got the old navy (I shop there the most of the the three) one months ago and it was only valid until end of November. And if you keep signing up for the mailing list, you keep getting a new valid one every time. Doesn't make sense to go into the store (if you are going to spend $50) without the coupon nowadays. I always keep printed out ones in my purse.

I don't remember seeing XS. Try Gap in SouthGate mall. I notice they tend to ship sales stock from other stores to WEM & SouthGate stores. You can also ask the store to check if there's another location in Canada that has your size & they can ship it to you for $6. Since they are trying to clear their winter stock, each store has the ability to mark down price as low as they want.
