HI! The tire size for my altima 96 is 205-60-15. Will it make a difference if i use 195-65-15 ? Any pros

That is a considerably narrower tire. I would not go out of spec in terms of what the manufacturer specifies for your car.
If that size is allowed, it would give some advantages in Winter because narrower tires are better in cutting through snow. Also there's more sidewall, which also helps in Winter.
These would be worse in Summer because narrower tires have less physical contact with the road and thus give less grip.

Yes, I plan on using for winter only than i will come back to the original ones.

Just be 100% sure that this size is actually one of the ones specified by the manufacturer as compatible with the car.

According to their list Altima 98 would take this tire size. But mine shows the same 96 Nissan Altima Base Model Front and Rear Tires P205/60R15

Plug those numbers into here (http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html) and see for yourself. Your speedo will be slightly off with the new tires, but only by around 1% (i.e. you'll be going 101 when it says you're going 100), not too much of a difference. Pros will be a more comfortable ride since the tire sidewalls will absorb some shock before it hits your suspension, cons will be more body roll. Since this is a winter tire you probably won't be cornering like a maniac, so it shouldn't matter too much.
