I'm arriving in Vegas this evening and staying at the Wynn. What is the best and cheapest way to get to my hotel?
How much would it be by cab? Or is there a bus shuttle there too? how much would that be?

The Wynn is pretty far down the strip.
Maybe take a taxi to the nearest monorail stop (should be a 2 minute taxi ride). Then maybe get a multi-ride pass from the machine, to get to the Wynn. The strip may be packed depending on when you get in so the monorail would be like $5 per ride per person or less if you buy a multi-ride ticket.

I believe that there is a shuttle bus to the airport but not from the airport.

Cab is your best bet. Monorail is an option, but to cab to Mandalay Bay, and then take the monorail, you might as well just cab it all the way to the Wynn.
There might be a shuttle offered by the hotel that goes from the hotel to the airport, but to my knowledge not from airport to hotel.
You're in Vegas! Go enjoy it...stop worrying about saving a few $ here and there, put $20 on red and win your cab fare back! :D

If you do cheap out and cab to the monorail go to MGM Grand and not MB...
There are shuttles from the airport to your hotels and back. Go to www.mccarran.com and check out ground transportation for the different companies.
Also, be careful of which terminal you go to. WestJet just moved to Terminal 1. I hope that AC follows...

Hell if you can afford to stay at the Wynn, just have them send one of their limos to pick you up.
