In my post, I stated that I will only meet downtown.

First we agree to meet on Sunday at Yonge and Bloor at 12 pm. She then messages me the day before and says she can't get there. But can meet me at Yonge and Eglinton because she is working there on Sunday.

So Sunday rolls around. I'm at Yonge and Eg. I call her, she says she's not there. She didn't end up working. She asks me to drive to Bathurst and Lawrence. I said no.

We arrange to meet at Yonge and Queen on Tuesday @ 4pm.

I meet her there. I walk her to customer service. I get my card verified as the stated amount.

She then says, oh, I thought I was getting another amount

My thread shows $175 * 0.9 = $157.50. She haggles me down to $157.

She thought she was getting a $200 gift card for $157. :mad:

She thought she was getting a $200 GC at 25% off, even though my post says 10% off. Plus HBC GCs are in demand. 10% is more than enough off.

the person wasted my gas. My thread specifically says meet downtown (so I can walk to the location). I went out of my way to drive to meet her, after she changes the meeting location the night before.

Gas is not cheap and neither is my time.

I do feel ripped off.
