Parking Ticket in Ottawa -Wrong date

I got a parking ticket for unauthorized parking - private property. Anyhow, the date on the ticket is wrong. They put Sept 30th instead of 29th. Can I get out of this?

Take it to court, and tell them that you were not there at that time.
