We’re looking for amazing Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representatives to come join our inbound team!

Attributes our team members are expected to have:
Superior communication skills
o (Able to read, write and speak English and French fluently.)
Detail orientated
Ability to multitask in an fast paced office
Self-motivated and results driven
Sound problem solving skills – investigating and probing
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma
Call centre or customer service experience
Professional and courteous telephone manners
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
Flexible hours of availability as shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday (and includes Holiday and Weekend work)
What you can expect:
Hourly wage rate of up to $15.00
Performance-based incentives
Benefits package after probation (25hrs per week minimum)
Full paid training, ongoing coaching and support

Located at Leslie/401, accessible by TTC – free parking
Variety of shifts in a 24-hour / 7-day environment
