Bestbuy doesnt PM with Ebgames?

Just went to yorkdale and purchase a dslite for $99.99. They still have quite a bit of stock available. After that we decided to go the BB to see if they would PM ebgames..but apparently they won't because they said Ebgames is not an authorized retailer.
Anyone had similar experiences? And is it true? Is EBgames really not an authorized retailer? :confused:

The Kingston one said they no longer pm eb games back in June (after whatever happened with rfder greywolf). The operation manager said the manager decided and they had cleared it with the regional manager. their 1-800 # claimed that was fine as the policy is they don't pm "if it makes it below their cost"

SO I used a BB contact and sent my complaint. Got a call from the manager who wasn't even in the store that day and said there was nothing cleared with the regional manager. BUT...he said they would pm EB games only with a flyer (of course, they know eb hardly ever puts out a flyer, and not for anything only advertised in store.)
