Hardware / Chip Design companies in Toronto?

Just wondering if anyone knows of or has a list of small hardware / chip / pcb / layout/ etc design companies in Toronto

I have to write a mini bio on an entrepreneur for my course at UofT and I'm sure most entrepreneurs would love to speak about themselves and their lives to a stranger; just trying to find one that I can relate to so I can make this assignment more useful :)

Unfortunately the founder of snowbush is a prof at UofT so that's a no go according to the assignment :(

You can try contacting the PEY program on campus (http://www.pey.utoronto.ca/). They should know some, as they find a lot of internships for electrical & computer engineering students.
