Where can I buy a M4 10mm screw?

I went to Homedepot and the person couldn't find it. couldnt find m4's...
cdntire didnt seem to have it. I ended up getting 8x32 which doesn't work.

why is m4 so hard to find?

Go to an automotive supply store I.E Napa, CarQuest etc...

I just bought a 10pack of M4 X 16mm screws (only needed one for my drill) at Spaneaur

If you tried an 8 32 (UNC, Course Thread), and it didn't work, maybe you need an 8 36 (UNF, Fine thread). Unless its a really odd bolt, one of the two ought to work. Good luck.
