I parked my cars on the side of the road last night in Toronto in a residential neighbourhood along with many other cars and I received a parking ticket. There were no fire hydrants, or bus route or fire truck route. I forgot to take pictures of the area. Anyway, since it was raining, the words on the ticket are really faint but i can still make out the ticket. The odd part is that for the amount I owe as well as the offense cannot be seen in anyway. It seems as if the parking ticket is blank. I just tried paying over the phone as well as online, but they cannot seem to find the ticket, so i'm guessing because it's the weekend. What do I do?
Cliff notes:
-Parked car downtown in residential neighbourhood
-received a ticket, but with the rain, cannot see the offense or amount to pay
-tried to pay online and over the phone, but system cannot find ticket
-what do i do???
