What is the most Km's that you would accept on a new car?
If a dealer needs to order your new car and it arrives with more Km's than you can tolerate, what can you do?

I am unsure of what your level of tolerance is so it is difficult to answer.
When I got the car that I ordered, it has 22 kms on it. That accounts for driving on and off the boat, onto the train, off the train and onto the truck and then test driven by the dealership. I would have accepted a few more but if the car came directly from the factory (vice another dealership where it could have been a demo) there should be very few kms on the car.
What to do if there is a lot, well that is up to you to determine what a lot is and what you thought you were getting. Ensure that the warranty begins when you get the car, not at 0 kms and if you wish compensation or restitution for the additional kms, tell them what you want. Don't be wishy washy, you will not get anything.

If the car has more kilometers than you can tolerate, ask APA for recourse, either a new car or a reduction in the purchase price of the car in question. In my opinion, some salespeople drive them for a week for their personal transportation to and from work.
My car had 25 miles when I picked it up. That's okay.
