You can get 2-3 at Dollarama, or check some random Dollar Stores.

No offense to the above poster, the jackets in the dollarama ones tear easy, max 25 sleeves I think.
Instead, I got this (http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10108436&catid=) one, holds 224 discs, pretty sturdy, wait for a sale if you want :)
