My plates are due up for renewal at the end of this month, and i went to get the sticker at the service ontario machine, and said i had $600 in defaulted fines.
this all came from parking tickets that were accumulated, does anyone know if there is anything i can do with them, maybe have them reduced, or least maybe pay monthly installements.

And these fines have accumulated over how many years? You have had that long to pay them off installments.
Once they have goen through the court system, and been added to an MTO license file, the amount is not going to get reduced.

its over the last year, they were accumulated while parking at school
half of them are not fair but either way i will have to owe it,
is there anyway of paying installements over the next few months, do you have any experience with this?

If you did not dispute the tickets in court, you would have been found guilty of the offence and the fines levied. You should have received some conviction notices at your mailing address. Ignoring those had them turned over to MTO for collections.
I know Mississauga has a collections department for unpaid traffic and parking fines, so expect Toronto and other cities do as well. Given the millions of $ that are outstanding for these fines, this has become a business in itself.
If these were issued in Toronto, I would contact the City and determine where offence collections are handled. Speak with them about arranging payments and they may contact MTO to allow the plate renewal.
