How to keep insurance low ,if buying second car?I am principal driver on car A and my spouse is occasional driver on that,if i buy second car my spouse is considered principal driver and i am put as occasional according to insurance co
but this way my insurance jumps three times.?
Can i get second car insured from another company still keeping myself as principal driver on that too thus keeping my insurance low ,or am i missing something.?

The second insurance company is going to ask where you are currently insured, and would likely verify that. They could also pay to have MTO records pulled, i.e. driver's abstract and any vehicles attached to your driver's license. So get caught lying to them and you will get cancelled and blacklisted.

There is no way around it man, as soon as you go to a new company they pull an AUTOPLUS report and it will show what company you are currently insured with, plus all the comnpanies you were with prior.... why do ppl always try to find ways to cheat the system? boggles the mind..

Never meant to cheat ,was just trying to figure out ways to keep insurance low in a legal manner.
