How to clean the interior (sport fabric) of a car?

Long story short... my friend puked in the car on the sport fabric seat and I am looking for some suggestions on how to get rid of the smell and clean the mark out of the seat and side panel.

I would really appreciate it if you guys can offer me some advice.
