Verilux bulbs

Anyone know where to get replacement bulbs for Verilux lamps? I bought one from Sam's club or Costco (the lamp) but I knocked it over and the bulb broke.

I see only one ebayer selling them. Any other suggestions in Canada (via internet, or stores in GTA)
