Hello all.
THis is to inform everyone that deals frequently in the BST forum that the user jasonivany1980 is not to be trusted.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved with him for some time now. He traded his so called immaculate conditioned Sidekick Slide to me and along with it a Motorola A1200 Ming. I had to do a whole makeover on the side kick and sold it to a friend, as it wasnt the phone for me. At the time the the battery of the A1200 had been dead. He said it needed a new one. I said Okay, BUT if your lying and there is something wrong with it. Please give me cash instead of equal value. He gave me a sad story of how he has no Money. I should have trusted my gut, because the guy doesnt have any feedback but said that he has done alot of deals in the past but doesnt like the feedback idea.
So I take it to a cellular store in toronto. The guy gives me a New battery ($25+ taxes), I put it in and Doesnt work. The sales guy tries it and still doesnt work. And there is some other things wrong with the phone which would account to the amount of $60 and up. So the next day I pm Jason aka jasonivany1980 asking him what the deal was. The dude turns around and says I dont know how to use a phone. Soon after that, HIS NUMBER IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.
So I started messaging him out in his thread asking for compensation and hes been playing dodgeball ever since. Its been a good 2 weeks I would say since I had the run around. I mean Ive given him sufficient time to come up with the money or some sort of compensation. I think Im being reasonable.
If anyone has any info on him such as him new number, maybe a new location? (I know he stays in brampton or so he claimed) I would appreciate it.
