Just in case there aren't...I've had no problems with DirectCanada in the past and have ordered from them on multiple occasions. However, I have heard horror stories of people not getting their orders right/long shipping times/and worst of all their customer service is not so great.

That being said, I would still recommend them based on my experience.

I usually end up going ncix because they price match .. otherwise DC is just as good.

dc and ncix are both the same company, but ncix has price matching which is usually good. from personal experience, ncix ships and gets things out faster than dc.

I have purchased several items from t hem in the past 3 months, 3 gigs of G-Skill ram, Visiontek 4870 Ati Video card and recently a 1 terrabyte HD. All BEST prices that I could possibly find, no problems what so ever. And fairly quick shipping even with the cheapest option.

Do people at DirectCanada.com answer phone calls?

They seem to have a problem with my Mastercard - I found out only when I emailed for order status update 5 days after I placed my order and it was still pending.
I called my Mastercard - they said nobody called them about the problem with the card.

I tried to call several times, every time I am put on hold and then the call just disconnects?
