Hi,
I placed an order at NCIX a few days ago and my order is at this step currently:

Order Processed
Your order was processed successfully.

Shipping is still greyed. It has not shipped yet. Is it too late to ask them to remove an item to replace it with something else? I sent an email a few minutes ago...I hope it can be done ishh >:(

I bought a Vendetta heatsink but I would rather change it for a Xigmatek HDT-S1283

Try opening a ticket and hope for the best. Either that or try calling in Monday morning when they open. They definitely won't be shipping anything until then and you'll get a faster response by phone (remember, they run on Pacific time).

At this stage, is it too late to CANCEL completely?
Would I need to pay restocking fees? If yes, how much you think?

Of course I will lol but it's the week-end and they are closed obviously...
