I just saw an h&m winter type jacket that i am interested. i think i recall from years past that during october or november they run a promotion of 25% or $25 off all their mens/womens outerwear ? anyone else recall this ? since i won't need the jacket for another month or so at least, saving some money on it would be great.

Do yourself a favor and get the jacket now all good winter jackets are sold out by mid October.

I totally agree with the above poster...Get the stuff while it's there. I already bought 2 winter coats from H&M this month. There's nothing worse than not finding your size when you wanna purchase it...

I don't count on sales/promotions at H&M. Their marked-down section usually never has anything good. If you see something nice just buy it.

yeah, its so true. Luckily i bought my winter jacket already because most stores now only have sizes S or M which doesnt fit me or they dont have the right color. Its not worth the wait and besides, h&m barely have any sales.

They do that only on select coats that aren't selling so well or after the first snow storm, usually before christmas time to clear out some space.

i got a nice winter jacket for 30 bucks a month or so ago pretty good deal id say
