Rogers Digital on HTPC??

Sorry I'm not technical to understand what this means, but does this PBDA get us closer to rogers digital on pc without box??

Basically yes. But whether somebody like Rogers will actually do it, that is slightly wishful thinking. The problem is that there is no incentive to do something like this.....Rogers already makes a healthy profit selling/renting their PVR boxes, and the HTPC market is already small.
