And this makes him a scammer how? Maybe an emergency came up and he's unable to get back to you? Negative feedback is not to be given unless something is stolen, or fraud takes place. If you've lost nothing (except time), and he's lost nothing, then you can't give a neg. I would understand if you paid him and he never showed up, but is this the case?

There's been numerous times I've waited 60-120 minutes for people and they never show up. They don't even contact me until days later. It doesn't make them a scammer.

This forum is meant to help make it easier to avoid scammers. This forum is not for petty complaints like "UserX showed up an hour late for our trade" or "UserY backed out at the last minute".

You should only create a new thread here if a trader has or has tried to rip you off.

I never said he was a scammer. This is more of a "Warning" in the "Scammers and Warnings" forum.

Well I think this is borderline but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, so I removed my first post.
