My step-sister is getting married at the end of September and she wants everyone to dress in bohemian circus stuff or whatever the heck she's talking about.

What stores offer "bohemian clothing"?

So she wants a wedding where everyone looks like they're living in poverty? Just wear your old moth eaten clothes, ripped jeans, open toed shoes, don't shower for a few days, refuse to pay for "rent" on your place...

Actually, to buy anything goes against Bohemianism, so if you were to buy your clothes for this event, you're going against the theme.

Not quite. Think Moulin Rouge, think artists, think counter culture...this need not be poor nor dirty... in many ways it is similar to the Grunge scene...or the flower children...it was much more than how one dressed, it was how one thought.
