I can't stress this enough, it is very important to get the service packs in as some drivers/dll's will be dependent upon it. In the lab (where I used to work) we had some devices that would not be recognized/work until SP2 on XP was installed.

Go to a working computer and download a "network install" version of SP2 (at the very least) or SP3. Then try installing your proper drivers afterwards.

Full install of SP2,

or (recommended),

Full install of SP3,

I think your motherboard is Asus P4PE, rather than P4S333 ... I think you can open up the case to confirm.

If it's P4PE, I think you need to find out the brand/model of your video card and download the appropriate driver.

And you can download the rest of the drivers from here ... http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P4PE-X
