Got my booklet, mentions Canada only.

Checked website, still mentions Canada only...

I called them and they said a vehicle purchased in the US is ok.

I, and some other RFD members, have used the Citi Driver's Edge Plat rebate on a car bought in the US, so yes, the "in Canada" wording on the website is misleading. I have a feeling what's really important is that the car is registered in Canada after you purchase is.
