Stated replicas legal?

Are replica purses and bags legal if they state they are actual replicas? In our work classified there are tons of replica coach, chanel, prada, etc purses being sold as "replicas".

If they have logos and tags of the original then those are illegal counterfiets.
The completely legit ones are the bags that look like the designer ones, but have no tags/logos relating to the originals. Kinda like those monogram purses with Letters that look similar to LV but arent.. LX or something like that.
