Good price on some digital voice recorders. I remember they cost average $120 about 3 years ago. If you get a different price than the one in the OP but they are in stock in your area, just clear your browser cookies and enter a postal code where the discounted price applies.

FYI, I don't know about the first one, but for the second one there's no way to connect the recorder to a PC and allow you to download the voice files. You're only able to listen to it on the device.
