$399 was a limited Friday Coupon Code promotion but Dell pulled that link very quickly back on August 8th (didn't last for 1hr). Delivery took as long as Sept. 3rd
$379 was a pricing mistake. The US Promo was placed on Dell Canada and Dell pulled it during the morning. Both were basic configs and not loaded like the Futureshop sale on Inspiron 1525. Even so, Dell Canada honoured the early orders and many people grabbed a fully loaded Dual Core for under $549 Tax Included.
That's your benchmark because you can't compare Pricing Errors with Genuine Promos. $499 is OK for these specs, earlier in the year a Celeron version was priced $449 on RFD Dell Days.

Thanks. Sounds like 370 was a price error....little chance of that happening again.

Dell had the Core 2 Dual one for $549 last week...lasted a couple of days then it went up to $599...geez...they really need a better system!
