I have a pair of oakley polarized square wire 3.0 (http://oakley.ca/pd/4266/13932)
Today I picked up the frame and noticed the one arm on the sunglasses came off. The glasses are about 13 months old. I don't have the warranty card anymore.
Can anyone tell me the cost of getting these repaired by oakley? Will they repair them? Oakley's warranty line was closed by the time I got home.
Anyone have any idea what they will do in this case? I paid almost $300 for these sunglasses, so I'd hate for them to be junk.
Thanks in advance :(

did the arm snap off? or is it just that the screw came out?

Sorry, I don't know the cost but the warranty now is one year.
I remember their old sunglasses used to be lifetime warranty, but it changed to a year warranty when my husband got his last pair a couple of years ago.

The screw is still in place. It looks like it broke off internally in the arm connector. I didn't bend the arm so it must have disconnected from the internal spring that gives a tiny bit of flex.

sorry to bump this thread, but the exact same thing happened to my oakleys polarized square wire 3.0 (shoddy craftsmanship  )
Was this breakage not covered under warranty? And, where did you end up calling?
Thanks,

Give them a call, I think if your warranty is done, you have to pay 35$. They just take out your old lense and get you a new frame.

Bump from the dead
I have a same pair that did exactly the same thing. Will call tomorrow. I don't know why I bother google anymore for stuff like this, RFD comes through every time (try oakley repair arm spring and you get nothing).
Thanks OP.
