I'm not sure how much interest there will be, but RBC Direct is now offering a 1% bonus for any accounts transferred to them from another brokerage. And they are also offering to pick up any transfer fees.
There is plenty of fine print (including you need to transfer at least $25k in assets), but if you are looking for a new brokerage, it may be something to look into.
