Changing PIN for Citizen's Bank

So i just received my atm card and pin code from Citizens. I activated the card and I wanted to change the PIN code. They told me that IT"S IMPOSSIBLE?! ummm...is that true fellow rfd'ers?!

The PIN cannot be changed and you cannot request a specific PIN code.
What they give you is what you end up with.

which sucks, at least they can do phone or online pin changes :p

You probably could say you forget the PIN and ask them to change it to a random one. Then, repeat until you get the one you want.
