I think so too, I think it the last pre-game before the season start and all the tickets was given out for free.. :S

The person had these tickets for sale way before tickets were given out in that contest.

When the free leafs ticket thing was announce they gave away free tickets on that same day which was before Sept. None of the tickets for Sept 22nd were ever on sale
