New Condo Closed (Interim)

I just got my keys to my new condo. I notice a lot of the things have not been finished and there were NO APPLIANCES...

I believe that there are some things that the builder can close without completing. Would appliances be one of them?

Very frustrated, spoke to the CSR they said the appliances would arrive by the 27th, however, it wasn't the case.

It's now the long weekend and still no appliances.

Please give me some advice. Thanks in advance.

Have you spoken to your lawyer? When we moved in during the Interim closing our lawyer was involved and we had to do a inspection before moving in to make sure everything was completed per contract. My advice would be speak to your lawyer, espicially about the "other" stuff thats not completed as you mentioned. The reason is because when we completed the inspection, we signed a waiver stating everything was OK and has been completed.
