LF: ATI DVI to HDMI Adapter for HD3000+ cards

As the title states, I'm looking for the gray DVI->HDMI adapter that came with HD3000 and HD4000 series of ATI vid. cards. Let me know if you have an extra or one that is not being used. I prefer transaction to be done locally in the GTA
