engineering or validation sample? ATI no longer sells cards directly to end users.
Is there warranty on this card?

This seller has clarified the warranty status of the card in his post in order to make the experience better for potential buyers.
This seller has had exemplary communication with me to fix the issues I had with his original post.

Thank you to all who have expressed NO interest in actually buying this card.
I do have several of these cards... and have recently sold one to a RFD member.
The auction IS mine as I am currently selling the cards on eBay too... I just thought I'd give local RFD members a better deal if they wanted to pick it up.
The cards are Direct from ATI... They are fully tested and guaranteed.
This is a private sale... NOT a store sale.
The auction is listed under my eBay acct which should further verify that I am a legit seller based on my feedback.

But if you have multiples and are ready to replace, and they're OEM from ATI, this means you have a stock that you are selling - which means you're standing to profit?

Great detective work...^^^
But NO... The cards were purchased for a Gaming rig that used crossfire... for a display PC...
I have NO need for all 4 cards... as I personally do not have a MB that even supports crossfire.
I'm selling them while they still have some value...
The fact that I said that I can replace something means that I would loose out one of the video cards... and it would be up to me to battle with ATI for a replacement... But I am sure that the cards work because They were all tested prior to shipment

I think you guys are just assuming the worst and are afraid to actually qualify this as a great deal to a prospective gamer.

Hey everyone,
I just happen to be the RFD member who purchased one of these cards today & this is honestly too good a deal to pass up. Courteous seller, quality product & a good price. Would have bought 2 today if i had an x38/x48 mobo lol.
