3 x 512mb Notebook RAM for sale. $20 each. DDR2, 200 Pin SO-DIMM. 667MHz (PC5400). Also compatible with 533MHz(PC4300). Like new, and works perfectly. Two are from a 1 year old HP notebook (DV6165CA), and one is from a 1 year old Gateway (MX3410) notebook, direct from the manufacturer. Recently upgraded my RAM and no longer need these.
