i don't get it. The 52LG50 is currently priced at 1699$(500$ off)
they raised it to 1799$ and call it a better deal?
also, is that 10% addtional or off the regular price?
edit:
following link shows 1699$ instead of 1799$ as op posted.

That 52" tv looks kind of nice...
Well, I had to find SOMETHING positive about these deals, can't just criticize them...
Right? RIGHT???

How come the specs listing shows that tv as 1080p? I was hoping to get a decent price on an LCD this week, and that's not too shabby.. it would fit my tv stand nicely in my room.. if anyone can confirm it's actually 1080p let me know.. haven't seen a lot of 32s with that.
EDIT : Never mind, that's input capabilities, not display capabilities I was looking at.

This Toshiba 42" HD LCD TV has already been discussed in detail in another RFD hot deal post:

This is a very nice display, especially for the price

No, better off getting the Samsung ln32a450 for $630 with the 10% off deal.

I wondered the same thing. If it's an "advertised price" (i.e. on sale in the weekly flyer) you don't get the 10% off. There is an asterix on the 10% off page explaining this. So the $599.99 Sony 32" is not $540 after 10% off. It's $599.99.

Yea, I think you've got it right. I still think the Samsung is way better for only a little more.

I think that 10% off ALL TV doesn't apply to any of the 52' LCD TVs:mad:

When I add tv to the cart, it showed the 10% off column price, but when checkout, 10% does not apply. Tried several TV...same crap.

Just wait till Monday. If it's off lowest price at least then you won't have to pay for shipping and get it instore instead.

It's says all TV's excluding the weekly ad.

How's this 42" Toshiba for $810 after 10% off? I'm considering this for Monday. They can't jack it up or end the sale prematurely since it's in the flyer for $899.
