Is it just me or does Rogers.com load horribly slow and/or doesn't work most of the time?
It's very frustrating.

I find most of the links either don't work or are hard to find. Some links will be in obscure pages that you wouldn't initially think to look.

I hate rogers.com. You'd think that a company that specializes in Internet services would create a faster loading website for its "dear" customers.

+1 on super slow load times + broken links.
Meh suits Robbers well.....$hit site for a $hit company.

Yeah, for some reason Rogers, Bell, and Telus all have horrible sites.

Yes I agree, at home I am on Rogers and it takes forever to load, but at work I have sympatico and it loads very very quickly, makes no sense to me

I agree. Rogers.com is slow.
And sometimes you can't even log in!

Same here. I actually phoned up web support once to complain, I asked what their email address was and she said they didn't have one, and proceeded to give me a snail mail address to send my complaint to.

No complaint really gets through in Rogers, trust me (I've seen it from the inside). But the best you can do is speak to the Office of the President. They apparently try to resolve issues, but fixing the website, I doubt it. The website literally goes down on a daily basis (though for brief periods).

ha ha more than once I called rogers in the morning (about something else eg. trying to add a cable channel to my account) and they said "our systems are really slow right now, could you call after 2 hours".

That web site is ridiculous! Have you ever tried to login into that self management thing? It takes like 3 minutes, and then it dies with an SQL error.
If not this, then after waiting 3 minutes, it will tell you that they can't pull up your account info for unknown reasons.

Ya their site sucks - whoever works on their web team must be amateurs.
