Hi,
Wondering if anyone has experience with Canon replacing cameras under warranty due to an inability to have them repaired under warranty?
Quick story is that they tried to fix the lens on my camera 5 times, could not get it to work and have now taken my camera with a promise to send out a replacement camera.
Question is - if you've had this happen did they just send out a refurb camera, or do they send out the latest model.... or did they actually send out a new unit of the same model?
I know I just need to wait for two weeks to find out but my curiousity is killing me!!! Dude at Canon said it could be any of the above.
