Do they Still have upgraded hotmail?

Years ago there was an option to pay like 20 bucks a year. It had pop3 access and upgraded junk protection and all that crap. I cannot find that option no longer online. Is it still avail.

I know hotmail sucks and all but i want to be able to sync my mail to my iphone and this is only possible with POP3 access.

Why not just use gmail. It does pop3 for free.

Ditto for the Gmail. Fast, easy, free.

Also, I'd suggest IMAP instead over POP3.

It doesn't say POP3 explicitly, but I think it still does.
