i took a calculus, geometry in high school. except data management.

i'v heard that 133 is much easier than 135 , however 135 is very similar as

calculus.

And one more question~~..,,

The answer to that would depend on what major you would want to be in, it's very hard to say without knowing your major.

Calculus is a broad subject, the way they do this is by splitting the calculus into portion that will be more relevent to their own field of study

MAT133 you're talking about is more for the commerce people so you're expected to do lots of things for example, compound interest as well as finding the rate (which is first derivative), looking for intersections between two functions... this course is likely to be more geared toward the interest of the commcerce students

on the contrast MAT135 you will not only do derivative, you might also do integral, taylors series, approximation, newton's method and all that jazz... it's geared toward the science people who need to know tons of calculations in details (physics, compsci, stat, math majors), this course is more abstract but that doens't mean it's not fun ;-)

if you are life sci, bio, or chem in scarborough there used to be a calculus geared toward these audiences there should be an equivelant in utm, check the calendar to find out, juding from the look it should be MAT137
