Ringtone Editor Programs

Does anyone know any program that lets you edit a audio so i can use as a ringtone that is free???

i'm assuming you have a phone that plays mp3's as ringtones, i'd suggest audacity

Goldwave bond is a good one, audacity is ok... confusing opening multiple audio tabs tho.
